ABOUT EAST LAKE MOORINGS

Maximum boat length for moorage dock is 20 feet. A minimum of 2 boat bumpers must be used or moorage could be denied. Mooring lines, snaps and bumpers are not provided. Liability for damage to the dock and/or neighboring boats due to weather or bad mooring practices will be the responsibility of the owner of the offending boat. Reservations can check-in at 12 pm and check-out at 11 am.

Over sized mooring  (over 20 ft)  may be available on additional East Lake docks.  Call the office for availability and pricing.

• Any moorage can be reserved on line or via phone (reservations recommended during peak season and weekends).  Specific slips may be reserved, however, management reserves the right to provide an alternate slip if conditions warrant.

• The 2023 season runs from May 26th thru September 24th.

• Reservations require full payment at booking.

• Pontoons or wide boats will require an outside slip (moorning A, G) or two inside slips (ex. B and C)

• Cancellation Policy (NO EXCEPTIONS).​

  1. Booking cancellations of LESS THAN ONE DAY  will be charged ONE DAY’S RENTAL rate.

  2. NO REFUNDS will be given once mooring is rented.

  3. A 90% refund of the booking payment will be made for cancellations requested at least 24 HOURS prior to the arrival date. Cancellation fee is subject to county and state taxes
